All invoices are listed under my-downloads section. Simply click on the purchase made for which the invoice is needed for. Check your item detail under the Item name and Click View Invoice listed under the License heading. The invoice will be downloaded and you may save it in pdf format or print it at your convenience.
Once a purchase is complete, the user is entitled to receive support from the author for a period of 1 month from the time of purchase. When you buy an app or a Lightning component forceXchange facilitates the buyer to connect with the author after their purchase, all the buyer has to do is message the author directly or leave a comment in the comment section.
In case you do not receive any revert from the author, you are requested to reach out to forceXchange, and we shall escalate the request forward.
The buyer needs to self-install and configure the item. Installation of any demo and support for the software is not included in the purchase.

Firstly check if your item has been partially or completely rejected.
A Partially Rejected item can be listed on the marketplace however there are few changes that are to be made.
A Completely Rejected item means that the item is either incomplete or needs to be submitted again with additional features. If the revised item meets the specifications, it will be further approved or else it will be completely rejected. While submitting also check, it the item you’re trying to list suits the requirements of forceXchange.
You will receive feedback, if the item you’re trying to list gets rejected. Listed below are few common reasons which will be received.
Quality of the icon and display image is not as per standard.
The dimensions of an icon should be 200x200 whereas a display image should be 590x300. Both should be in Hi-resolution. The icon and display image will represent your item therefore proper consideration needs to be given while uploading.
Documentation is missing
The item needs to have proper documentation while listing the item. Please recheck and submit the pending details.
Screenshots needs to be in a .zip file
We recommend you to kindly upload screenshots of items in zip format- this will facilitate the buyer to operate the functionalities and understand how it works.
Listing doesn’t have a demo of the item.
It’s important for a buyer to know what he/she is purchasing therefore we recommend you to provide youtube demo of the items.
Item doesn’t seem genuine
While listing any item, ensure that the entire package is genuine and you are credited for assembling it together. If such a situation occurs, please treat such notifications with extra care. If there are minor alterations/clarifications needed, please revert to forceXchange verify that you own the rights for the item and evade your account from being banned permanently.
forceXchange is not responsile for any copyright issues. Its totally authors/sellers responsibility if he/she posting apps copied from somewhere.
Item doesn’t fit the requirement of forceXchange
There are certain qualities checks that the item needs to clear before getting listed. If you have received this message then either the item has cleared the quality check or it doesn’t fit the requirements of forceXchange and therefore cannot be listed on the platform. If there are any changes listed in the communication, it’s advisable to revise the item and submit again.
Whilst you submit an app on forceXchange our truted third party code review partner provides you code review, you are free to select the review plan you would like to opt for. forceXchange do charge a nominal amount to share the code review of your app. The fee for the code is calculated based on the number of lines. Once submitted you will be notified with a message that your code is under process for review.
It depends on size of code your application has. forceXchange takes 3-5 business days to provide you code review report.

If the quality check’s done on your item surpass the average score, it helps the team to feature the item on the homepage. Currently there are no sponsored tiles.
Browse to your item’s page and click "edit" under the item menu. Once updated, the team at forceXchange will review the update within 1-2 business working days and have it published if it meets overall specifications.
Connect with the support team and request for your item to be removed.
Every sale made by the author earns a 70% commission whereas forceXchange earns 30%.
forceXchange assists you to reach the targeted Salesforce Business and market the app.
Browse to your user menu and click on Withdrawal. Select on the withdrawal method you would like to choose and follow the instructions.
We encourage you to make all your payment via PayPal currently – the other payment channels are being verified and will be active for transactions . The minimum withdrawal limit for Paypal is USD 50. We will keep you posted on the above payment channel update in this section.
Ensure the amount for withdrawal is equivalent or exceeds the amount set for withdrawal. You can withdraw by a PayPal account.
While processing your withdrawal, ensure all information is submitted carefully and all fields are dully filled. For PayPal, the gateway will reject the transaction to your account if you have had more than the minimum payout amount in your account.
While submitting your withdrawal requests through PayPal, confirm your account is active and isn’t a business account. Your PayPal account should be allowed to accept payments through the PayPal profile on the app or the website. Lastly, confirm your PayPal username in the withdrawal request form.
Every 1st day of the month, withdrawals are paid out. The first day of the month needs to be a business working day or else the pay-out will be shifted to the next day. The withdrawal request form needs to be submitted in advance and not on the last day.
