The Setup Audit Trail feature to closely track changes made to your organization by the Users. It records all modifications concerning the development (like Apex Classes, VF Pages, Triggers, Lightning Components, etc.) of your Salesforce organization. Using this you can filter records via Date range like Today, Yesterday, This Month, This Year, and also with particular date range as above screenshot. You can export all records as the report by the clicking on the Export in CVS button
